Losing The First Ten Pounds in Five Weeks

Let me preface this by saying I’ve lost ten pounds before… quite a few times actually. This is about the first ten pounds I lost since I have reshaped my mindset. It is the first ten pounds since I started reading regularly and realized that I have the capability to do amazing things, but it is never going to happen if I don’t take the leap and go for it.

I guess I will start there. I am sure many people probably don’t associate weight loss with reading. I certainly never would have. I received a Kindle Fire 8 a few months ago and I had no idea I would enjoy it so much. I also subscribed to Kindle Unlimited so I could download a ton of free books.
